In the last decade, Republicans invested heavily in states and turned the country’s map from blue to red. Many policies and laws are decided on the state level, as well as the drawing of federal congressional districts. Democrats must focus on these underfunded (and less expensive) state races to rebuild our infrastructure and ensure fairly represented districts.
